3. Legal bases

Where applicable, we rely on contract performance to provide accounts and requested services; legitimate interests to maintain security, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests; legal obligations for required accounting and compliance records; and consent where required for optional communications or non-essential tracking. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, evaluation, communications, and support; Stripe for payment processing, tax compliance, fraud prevention, and receipts; professional legal and accounting advisers; and authorities where required by law. Stripe handles card details under its own Privacy Policy.

5. Retention

Confidential evaluation material is handled for the requested service. Keep your own saved or printed copy of information you need for future review. The no-record commitment for confidential evaluation material does not mean that account administration, purchase receipts, verification communications, support correspondence, or legally required records are absent.

Account information is kept while needed to administer access; transaction and compliance records for applicable legal requirements; support and security information only as long as needed for its purpose or a dispute. When no longer required, personal information is deleted or anonymized. Contact us about the retention or deletion of information associated with your account.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us using the details above. We may verify your identity and retain information required by law. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to your local privacy regulator, and exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.

7. Security and international processing

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, to protect personal information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in other countries; where legally required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply.
