1. Seller and agreement

mySLYCE is provided by Marty Alexys Monico ("we", "us"). You are contracting with Marty Alexys Monico for use of the service. By accessing or continuing to use mySLYCE, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any organization you represent.

2. Service and professional oversight

mySLYCE provides AI-assisted business intelligence and investor-facing evaluation reports. Reports help users review companies, financial figures, market context, weaknesses, and founder and team information.

Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Independently verify figures, statements, and sources before relying on a report. Information is for general informational and screening purposes only, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. We do not broker securities, manage investments, execute trades, or hold client assets. Your decisions, due diligence, and regulatory compliance remain your responsibility.

3. Accounts and content

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential. You are responsible for authorized activity under your account, your prompts and submissions, and your use of outputs. Submit only information and documents you have the right and authority to use.

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant Marty Alexys Monico permission to process it only as needed to provide the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights, you may use your purchased reports for your organization's evaluation and review; AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, infringement, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, or malware. Do not attempt to bypass safeguards, jailbreak the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape protected content, interfere with security, or reverse engineer or circumvent service limits.

We may refuse or restrict submissions and outputs, remove infringing content, and suspend access when necessary to enforce these terms. Rights holders may report suspected infringement to admin@myslyceportal.com, identifying the work, disputed content, and their contact details. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to account termination.

5. Intellectual property

Marty Alexys Monico retains ownership of the service, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for your authorized use. Purchasing a report does not transfer ownership of the platform or its intellectual property.

6. Pricing and payments

A report costs $60, whether paid by the founder or investor, with or without a pitch deck or supporting documents. One Plate purchases one report. Plate packs contain 1, 10, 20, 40, or 100 Plates at $60 each, without volume discounts. Purchases are one-time, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Any applicable tax and total are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Stripe may handle tax calculation, fraud screening, and receipts for your purchase. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

7. Availability and ending access

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
